Feed The Reader:
Feed the reader is a free event for the whole family focused on the importance of nutrition, fitness, and literacy. Learn how to cook healthy meals on a budget and how to help your children prepare and eat healthy foods with you. Get tips on fun ways to stay fit as a family without an expensive gym membership or fancy equipment. Hear about the importance of reading with your kids and advice on how to make reading fun. At the same time, kids will take their own classes taught in a fun, kid-friendly way. It’s a fun, free day for the whole family. The event takes place at Eagles Community Center at 828 E Broadway Rd Mesa, AZ 85204.
